During a small apartment remodel I had to use Golden Glass twice. Once to replace a broken window and once to get some new tempered glass slats for a bathroom. Both times the customer service by Rose was outstanding. The staff fixed the broken window while we waiting in the showroom and the second time we had to custom order the tempered glass slats. The glass for the slats was on back order and Rose and the staff kept me updated on the status so I didn't have to call to know when to expect to pick up my order. The prices were reasonable and the customer service is top notch. I will definitely be a lifelong customer anytime I need glass.

Thanks to Joe at Golden Glass. I am a Realtor and had a listing that was vacant the back door was busted out and we needed it fixed ASAP so we could close escrow.
